I am still getting used to posting on a blog again and I want to make a post with photos.

Until December of 2023, my wife lived in Singapore, and I visited her regularly. She lived in a high-rise condo with a balcony wide enough for outdoor furniture and balcony dining. We both love watching the sunset and this spot was perfect for that. There are too many sunset photos in my phone from Singapore to post, but here are a few.

Singapore susnets are truly dramatic. We could watch them night after night without tiring of them.

These are unedited. In reality, the scenes looked much more briliant than they appear in an iPhone photo. But I don't want to make them look fake by editing them. So just imagine that the real sky looks about 20% more colorful and amazing in real life.

(The human eye must be the best camera ever invented. You can see a wide view or focus in on a small field of view in the distance if necessary. Your eyes adapt to light and darkness. Truly amazing. I am always disappointed when I try to capture what I see in my eye on the iPhone.)
